The repair is completely satisfactory (so far as I have experienced) - looks good, rides well. Tommy seems sincere but was VERY hard to reach (had to drop by to talk). Did not answer emails promptly (e.g. within 24 hrs!). Poor estimate on completion date - I could have rented a cheaper car without the teaser 6-days-to-complete original estimate. Still, like, I said, the car looks and drives well. Overall I'm satisfied... but not "completely" satisfied as you asked.

We had wanted two other repairs made besides the one being paid for by the other driver's insurer. Since the one made was on the insurance company's tab, Sterling McCall seemed unwilling to consider making the other two. We will have those made elsewhere. Sterling McCall policies show undue concern with insurers over auto owners. Guess what-- we will look elsewhere when purchasing another auto.

My car was not ready when initially promised, it was in shop for 10 days and seems like all work was RUSHED to be done in 2-days and now my car is still having problems with pulling when driving even though service says a "front end alignment was done". I suspect if it was done it was not done properly- the tech should have driven it to check that the problem was resolved. The areas I requested be sure not to miss touch up painting were missed on car as promised. Now I have to take my car back again due to the pulling issue still not being resolved. Why didn't the tech check it out before I picked up the car?
