Tommy and the gang did an excellent job of repairing my Explorer. Also, he was very patient and explained the process that was required to get my vehicle back to the original condition. Repairing my Explorer back to its original SAFE and new looking condition was very important to me since it had less than 5000 miles on it!
I would recommend the Collision group to anyone.

It took more than 6 weeks to do the repair. Besides, I called a few times to ask about the status of my car. Since nobody ever answer the phone, I left the message and nobody even bother to return my phone call. Extremely bad customer service .
