My prescription sunglasses are missing - there was no reason for my trunk to be rearranged since the damage didn't involve the back of the car & no reason to snoop through my storage compartment in the front seat area. Are there no honest repairmen left?

Excellent work. Just a side point - the updates by text is great. Someone forgot to tell me about the system so I in the beginning kept calling for a status. I fixed it quickly myself but connector to back left signal late was not proprtly insulted. Car looks GREAT

I am dissatisfied with the service that I received at Sterling McCall. There was a lack of communication with them. I as the customer had to be the one who called and asked for the status of my vehicle. I was not made aware of the delay in getting my car repaired until the insurance company called and informed me of an issue. The texting service that is used is a joke. I only begun receiving the text messages after calling to inquire about status updates. I will never repair my vehicle here again nor will I refer anyone to this establishment. My repair was done to my satisfaction. However, their customer service is not up to par with many of the other Collision repair centers.

Y'all did a great job repairing the damage to my car. However when I picked up my car the check engine light came on. I took it back and your employee did a diagnostic test on it. Engine is misfiring. The check engine light was not on before I took it to your shop.

Terry told me on Monday that my auto would be ready by the end of the week, and I was able to pick it up on Saturday. The work on the car was excellent, and the car looked great. I've purchased three cars at Sterling McCall Toyota. Now I know that Sterling McCall has a first class collision shop as well.
