Jorge was fantastic. Took my car right away and has done a great job fighting for me and keeping me updated. Don't plan on getting in any accidents, but I know where I'm going if I do.

Communication is poor. When you call to check on the completion date or pickup time of your vehicle, no one knows. This requires the customer to keep calling back trying to catch someone who knows. No offer is made to find someone to answer your question. This affects the customer's work and overall schedule trying to find out when they need to make arrangements to pick up their car. The business could and should be run better than this.
