The interior truck is totally mass and full of oil and all kinds of liquid. The ac caps are gone, the headlight bulb is not install correctly, the radiator is not stable, both taillights are cracked. The body shop just does not want to do anything to complete their work.

They told me my car was ready today Nov. 7 and said pick it up whenever .... l show an hour and half later and they tell me my car is not ready and may need an entire new part????? Why wasn’t l called ? Why was l told that it was ready when it clearly wasn’t ?? Why wasn’t the car driven before the phone call to me was made to see if it was actually fixed ?

The car looked fine on the outside but the inside I had to clean out because whoever was working on it left dirt near my dash board and it smelled horrible on the inside, I am not sure why. Other than that, I am satisfied.
