If Neanderthals sprouted from the ground and offered to reliant my car, speaking a foreign and primitive language, they'd do a far better job with customer service than the flaming idiots you have working there. Those people couldn't get hired as 1960s grocery baggers in an unairconditioned A&P. they're too dumb to open a paper grocery bag without instructions. They're certainly too dumb to operate a wrench without instructions telling them which way left is.
