Scott and Kole were great! I called after having a horrible experience at ABRA and was fit in the same day with no problem. Kole was able to get me into a rental for the day until the car I was supposed to rent became available. I lost my wallet the next day after upgrading my rental and Kole helped me look everywhere for it. He even followed up a few days later to see if I had found it. Scott kept me informed of the status of my repairs and even had my car back to me two weeks early. When I picked up my car I had a problem unrelated to the repairs but he still offered to help. Very rarely do you find people going above and beyond now, Scott and Kole are definitely the exceptions!

The repairs look great! The agent in charge of the repair (Scott) doesn't understand customer service. He is rude and arrogant, acts as if he's doing you a favor. This is the second time I've used World Toyota and Scott was my agent and the experience was the same. Great facility not so great customer service.

This collision center is great. There were regular updates on the status of the repair, I had a rep to talk with if I needed additional information and the work on my car was perfect. I have used this center two other times in the past and have experienced the same superior treatment and work. No reason to ever go anywhere else.
