I am unhappy because my initial car issue was resolved appropriately but my vehicle was returned to me with a large paint scratch on my back bumper. I was happy with the service and the problem was fixed but now I have a new problem that needs to be fixed too. I believe this should be fixed now since you have returned my car with cosmetic damage.

The quality control and assurance was lacking on the repairs. We had to return the vehicle back to the Collision Center on multiple occasions. The support and response to the issues has been good, but it shouldn't been necessary.

My passenger side of door is making a popping sound when it opens and for keeping my car for as long as you have it doesn't make sense to me why it is making that sound. My car is also making a rattling sound when I drive.
