Enrique really saved the day I went for a week with a rental not hearing a thing from the collision center. My rep was Ignacio then finally I called and talked to Enrique on day 6 and he told me they were waiting for my number and gave me an estimated fix time. He said Ignacio had sent me an email but I never saw that. I got follow up text from customer service before my car was done. Then it was more expensive and under the thousand deduct able at 800.00 I was never given a price quote or contacted by my insurance so I had to just pay it on the spot which was disappointing because I might have gotten it repaired cheaper elsewhere if I had known insurance was going to screw me on that. Still Enrique and Kyle came through they talked and listened to my frustrations and took the time to explain how things work in the repair business even if it was after the fact. Enrique drive my car over to get the inspection sticker after the bumper was fixed and went above and beyond to clean up a small scratched area over the tire that the resist All package I was sold refused to cover even though I felt it had been sold to me as a "scratch and dent" coverage when I got the used car last year . Had it not been for Enrique I probably would not be coming back to your collision center because I would expect another tedious week for any repair with no communication.

All Staff is courteous and have excellent customer service. They always keep you updated with the repair status of your vehicle and a very timely fashion.

Took 14 days longer than they initially told me. Work was OK. But I had to pay for part of the rental car so I ended up paying alot.

Pedro Marquez did a fantastic job of coordinating the repairs as required by the insurance company and provided frequent updates on the status of the repair. He went above and beyond to arrange my vehicle inspection before pick-up as well. He made the experience thoroughly positive and I will be coming back to him again in the future.

The estimater examed my car fully and carefully. He also explained the repair details for me with patience, I appreciate their work done to my car. The experience with Nissan was absolutely great! Thanks!
