Mr.Ruiz was awesome! He kept me updated via text messages and phone calls,
Very friendly yet professional. Mr. Ruiz made my unfortunate mishap very stress free.
When I brought my car in for an estimate, the man that took my information was rather abrupt. He didn't even walk up to the desk to ask if I needed help.
I called the main number of the collision center 3 times to leave a message for Mr. Ruiz. Then I realized that he had his own number. When I spoke to Me. Ruiz he apologized that he didn't receive any messages.
I have been a customer with Sterling McCall Nissan for many years and will continue to be. My negative remarks will hopefully improve in those areas.
