Great job by Angel Sanchez! Angel pays great attention to detail. He is also a very patient individual. I can immediately tell that Angel is very passionate about his job. The receptionist was also very helpful. She made arrangements for my transportation to and from Enterprise Car Rental facility. Overall, super job from the Fix Auto team. My vehicle was very clean when it was returned to me. I am very pleased with the entire experience!

Angel helped resolve one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered with an insurance company ever. His professionalism, due diligence and follow through led to the insurance company taking accountability for their error. I can not thank him enough for advocating on our behalf. My car was repaired very quickly and the service was above and beyond professional and courteous. Everyone I spoke with was kind and everything was done and explained to me the moment I walked through the door. Angel was a true gentleman and did a lovely job repairing my daughters ford and also letting me know the brakes were bad and needed to be looked at ASAP. I'm very grateful to him for that because my 17 year old daughter is the driver of that car and didn't realize there was an issue, that could have caused a tragic incident had he not notified me there was a problem. The only thing I could say about the experience that is not so great is that there is a fairly large scratch on the drivers side rear fender that was definetly not there prior to us bringing in the car. I assume it happened by accident on your lot. We will absolutely be using Fix auto for our future body work from now on and recommending your company to others in need of body work. I have some damage to my Toyota Sienna that I've put off for some time and now after seeing the beautiful work done at your place, I am choosing to not use a body shop that I've used for over 20 years and one that I know personally who also does great body work but doesn't take care of the work as efficiently as you do and doesn't have the same level of customer service as Fix auto. Thank you again for getting my car fixed so nicely and so guickly.
