I asked to have a mark on the bumper repaired while in the shop. That was not done. There were a few spots of paint chip that could of been fixed if I had been told about it. No one called me to discuss these issues. I feel I should at least be asked if I want things done. Now I have to take the car in again.
On the good side, best car wash and clean I have ever had from this dealer in years. Very happy with that.

Was in for a collision repair. For anyone that doesn't have access to another vehicle, it took way too long to schedule an estimate, then receive the estimate so the work could be scheduled. I don't have rental car coverage on my insurance policy, so was lucky to find another vehicle to use during the month it took to get everything estimated, scheduled, and the work done. Also did not appreciate receiving email updates that Maguire says are not generated by them even though they say Maguire - the email said my car would be ready on a Tuesday, when my car wasn't near ready and wasn't done for another week after the date I was notified it would be. I only found that out when I called to confirm just prior to heading to Maguires.
