The only suggestion I have is to put a sign on your drop box slot. I wasn't sure if the slot I used was actually the drop box but it was the only one I could find. I actually walked around the building to be sure I wasn't missing one that was labeled. Also, having envelopes or something to put the keys in would be helpful. Otherwise it was a great experience and I will recommend your location to friends. Thanks!

The small item is just the incorrect part they ordered which took an extra day and cost me another day on a rental car.
The bigger item which i am not 100% satisfied with is when i turn my tires for a tight turn they rub on my inner fenders. I have not had the time to look at it myself but plan to this weekend.
Just disappointing it took an extra day and isn't perferct.
I have not took a close up look at the repair (paint) but from walking by and looking down where the damage used to be that portion of the job looks great.
