I was more than impressed with the level of communication throughout the repair process. The individuals I spoke with were informed, prepared, and polite. I am pleased with the repairs as well, my car looks brand new... especially since they did a nice job cleaning it inside and out! They were even willing/able to coordinate my car being inspected, having the tires rotated, fuel system cleaned, and an oil change while my car was in their care. I can't say enough about the service I received.

The work was completed earlier than originally anticipated, and was done with professionalism. The men in the shop office were great; easy to work with, answered all my questions, made me feel at ease, and even shared a laugh or two. It was very discomforting to have experienced being hit from behind while sitting still at a red light, but very re-assuring to have the repairs done at your collision center. I am well pleased, but I also hope that I will not need body repairs in the very near future, and I'm sure you know what I mean. Thank you for the fine service.
