Not satisfied at all.. Headlights on right side that was replaced is very dim. New hood didn't replace cover. Put pls one that doesn't fit new hood underneath. Cover hanging n not screwed or fits at all. Very upset. Sloppy tacky work.

I love the feedback from 1st Certified on the status of the repair, always keeping me up to date (almost daily). The completion date/time was on time (actually earlier than what was estimated) and pickup was a breeze. Definitely will use 1st Certified again in future should i need body repair.
