Rear LED lights for lisense plate were not installed and rear mud flaps also were not installed....I also was informed through GEORGE that my out of pocket expense was going to be $426.17 when I went to pick up the vehicle the out of pocket I had to pay was $470.87....wow $44.70 difference...and also I had to look and locate my rear bumper because the staff at 1st certified could not...I guess that was to much work to find the right bumper....NOT SATISFIED AT ALL WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE ????????

I really can not get over how amazing the service and everything was. I was truly taken care of. For a mom of 3 young ones having to take my car to be repaired from an accident seemed so inconvenient but from the moment I dropped my car off to be repaired it really ended up being a positive and blessed experience. I already have told my friends and family of 1st Certified and to ask for George! The sweet receptionists and George were such a pleasure to work with. And having Enterprise there was a true blessing. You all are the best and I still can't believe how quickly the work got done (less than 24hours) and how beautiful it came out, with even a car wash and detail! I feel like I drove away in a new car! Truly the best experience and I can't say enough good things about it! Thank you!!
