Sean McKinney, my contact throughout this job, was the best I have experienced and someone that I hope you reward handsomely. He is such an asset for your company. He is bright, pleasant, well groomed and thoroughly knowledgeable. The body work was done to perfection and within the time that was estimated. The Caruso Collision notification emails received were at best sometimes confusing and better to have not been sent. As for your shuttle service,I was very disappointed. On getting a ride home to East LB, I must have waited at least 45 to 60 minutes,(too long). On getting a ride back to your facility, I had to call back twice to see if they had forgotten me. I finally called Sean and he followed through in getting me a ride. Excepting for the shuttle service, I would highly recommend your service. Paul B

In all my life I have never had such a smooth, effortless, excellent experience and customer service. It was an amazingly wonderful experience! From the first moment I met Sean mc Kinney, I immediately felt at ease & confident. In fact, the extreme satisfaction I feel is directly due to his expertise and assistance. He immediately assumed responsibility of the situation & I was in a rental car and my car was in line for repairs & Sean handled it all. He kept uo communication as to the status of repairs & was patient with my calls, handling all in such a professional & efficient way! He is a great asset to Caruso & should receive all the benefits Caruso can offer! I give him complete credit for my 110% satisfaction & experience & the repair was also amazinging - my car almost looked new! I will highly recommend Caruso to others & would not consider going anywhere else for service of this kind! Actually, the absolutely best customer service I have ever experienced! I am satisfied w/ the actual repair but I was unhappy w/ not knowing for sure when I could pick up my car. Nobody responded to my text & nobody called me back on Monday, ****-18-16, to verify that my car was for sure ready for pick up. I really needed confirmation so that I could drop off my rental car first.

It was an extremely lengthy process, almost 4 weeks. Communication was initiated for the first 2 weeks, and then tapered off. The lock on the side barn door is not functioning correctly. The employees were friendly, and my van was detailed nicely.

I just have to say that Sean went out of his way. With a request I had made.I was totally elated when it was finish. I went to the front of the car. The original grill was replace with the grill that was on my 64 ****/2 Mustang. It just made the front pop! Koodos to all the staff the had hand in the process of repairing my car.
