When I left with my son I noticed right away that my car was steering to the left so it seems that it is not aligned. From what I remember my car was not like that when I left it to get fixed. I hope we can fix this problem asap. Please and thank you.

I was not satisfied with the time it took to get the estimate done and the process started. When I contacted you about bringing my vehicle in (Weds 8/29) I was told that you could do the estimate the next day. When I called Thursday afternoon to find out the results, I was told that you hadn't gotten to it but that I was next. When I called Friday, I was told that I was next. The estimate wasn't done until the next Friday. At that time I was told that it was about a week of work. When I called to check the next Friday, I was told it would be ready Wednesday 9/19. I finally got the car the following Tuesday, 2/25.
