John Kennedy Ford Collision Center

Hello, your service at the collision center in Conshohocken was above and beyond my expectations. I leased my Mazda from the John Kennedy dealership in 2016, and when I experienced a rear end accident with my almost brand-new vehicle which was going to be covered by the individual at fault in the accident insurance they were not covered a company typically covered at your collision center but I expressed the desire to come to your collision center which was an hour away from where I live, because you were more than willing to fit me and immediately for an estimate. As soon as I arrived at your location it was beyond evident that you were providing beyond exceptional customer service, and as soon as I met Jayme, his ease, confidence and willingness to assist me every step of the way to getting my vehicle repaired completely depleted the concerns I had towards my car being repaired being so new. I have dealt with nightmare experiences with collision centers with my previous Nisan vehicle, and having my new car in an accident was the worst thing I ever expected. I work like crazy and Jayme was beyond accommodating and understanding. As my professional experience of almost 9 years of management, I can honestly tell you that Jayme is impeccable within his position, customer service over the top and it was evident every step of the way that he genuinely cares about the individuals you have coming into the collision center, the experience I had with you is beyond recommending state, and the steps he took to build a relationship with me as a customer is a trait that is not easy to come by.
