Customer Service was superb. I really appreciated how each person took the time to explain some of the processes involved. They are very knowledgeable, but very understandable. People really seem to like working there. I felt confident about their service and the finished product.

I sent an email this morning responding to the emails you've sent me while my car was being repaired, but have not received an answer.
I picked up my car this morning, and was given the keys and told my car was in the parking lot. I found it odd that no one went to the car with me to explain what had been done to the car, and answer any questions or concerns I might have.
