Álamo Heights Collision did a great job on my car. It was done in the time I was originally told it would take and staff was extremely friendly. Corina was great, she kept calling Enterprise when their driver was taking long to pick me up when I dropped off my car to get fixed, she was concerned I didn't wait too long for them. First they scratched my roof of my brand new car in multiple areas then denied doing it when it was brought to their attention. And refused to fix it. Then immediately after getting it back the paint on the fender came off and they have been giving me the run around about why they can't fix it right. Overall I am very unsatisfied and will never bring my vehicle here again. Very unprofessional as well as I was treated like I was a bother to them. This is a 60k car and everything will be fixed.
