I found the whole team at Faulkner to be proficient and welcoming. That's an important factor(welcoming) because the whole reason for being there is most likely the result of a very unpleasant incident - at least! I am so unhappy. when I went to pick up my car the battery was dead and it had to be jumped and then a mile down the road the engine blow up. The auto repair shop said that you would have know there was a problem when you were doing the work to my car and driving it. This has been the wrost experience ever.
