Stop sending emails telling how far along your car repair is going when it has nothing to do with what’s actually being done. When you are not going to get the work done on time a phone call should be made to the customer. I called and was put on hold for 3 minutes to find out they went home for the day and my car won’t be done. The next day I got a call back and 2 emails with different dates for completion and told 2 different reasons why one on the phone and one in person.

So I got my truck that evening and stopped in after work the next day and they put it on in 20 minutes. Very satisfied with the quality and customer service.
