The office staff seemed unorganized. Couldn’t find my paperwork on two occasions. Billed for removing roof rack when it was removed by us prior to dropping the car off. Told them we would have it removed and that we also didn’t want pinstripes put back in. Was told that they would change the charge for the roof rack and put it towards pinstripe removal. Pinstripes were put on and we’re charged for the roof rack which was not on the car.
