The experience was good. The communication from Greg at Pontiac in Trevose was mostly daily via email. He kept us up to date on the time line. I felt my car was given back with the inside of my car very very dirty. Greg was a nice guy but I was made to believe that my car was going to be a lot cleaner before it was given back to me I was disappointed on how dirty the inside of my car was Faulkner had my car for over 40 days the passenger seat has a stain on it and the inside was just really dirty

Broke the one of the LED light strips in the bed of the truck
The extra back up/work lights attached to the bumper stopped working
Didn’t fasten the BAK Box I the he bed of the truck properly which resulted in gashes in my Rhino liner when I put stuff back into the BAK Box
The lighted step in the receiver hitch, the wire, was coming out far past the gasket
They missed a spot with their painting
They left tape residue on the tailgate
