From the minute I walked in the door Thursday until yesterday when I picked up my completed vehicle (two days earlier than originally predicted) I was very impressed! The receptionist was pleasant and efficient, the estimator did an outstanding job and thoroughly explained what would be done to repair my car. I've only had the car a day, but from all outward signs the quality of the workmanship was excellent. The pickup process with Curtis Taylor, the estimator, was again done very professionally. The Assistant Manager, **** Essig, went above and beyond with my repairs! He took the time to explain exactly what was happening and took extra time and effort to fix very minor issues that occurred with the repair. He treated the repair to my car as if it was his own.
