Fran's follow up and professionalism were top notch. Workmanship quality was top notch as well.
This was my first body shop experience in decades. Having to deal with insurance, body shops, rental cars, etc could be overwhelming. But not so at Faulkner's. Everything, and I do mean everything, was taken care of quickly and painlessly.
And it didn't hurt that my rental arranged by Fran through Enterprise was a new 2016 328i with 0.5 miles on the odometer.

When I picked up my Car the first thing I noticed was the car was the foot prints on my back seat on the back of my driver side seat on the back of my passenger seat and on the back of the center console. The car was not clean on the outside either. Y'all put a brand new front bumper on and painted it. I could see little scratches on the brand new paint job. My check engine light was on when I received the car. When y'all took it back I was told it was a loose connection. One or two things wrong not an issue but the collective of things did not make me feel good about choosing y'all to do the repair.
