When your Geico client reported the accident, Geico representative contacted me within the hour and arranged repair appointment and provided me with an Enterprise rental. During the appointment, James Coyne, the Auto Damage Adjuster, was very thorough is explaining the repair process. He went over the Quality Control Inspection and the Geico guarantee. The repair was completed in two days and upon pick up of my car I was provided with a detailed customer invoice reflecting all the work and associated cost. I was also provided opportunity to do a visual inspection of my car's repair with explanations that met and exceeded my expectations. Appearance is like new. Staff kept me informed of changes. The vehicle did have two unusual sounds upon picking it up. ****) sounded like running water going from one area to another, and 2) Could hear a swooshing sound coming from drivers side event with acceleration. Fixed problem # ****, Problem #2 was explained as turbo charger normal operation. Mirror had overspray on it on drivers side and made seeing at night difficult. Back of truck is covered in shop dust.. I was otherwise very pleased and satisfied with workmanship and appearance of vehicle. Thank you. Mike
