When the rear tire was replaced the correct valve stem was removed, consequently I now have a sensor light that will cost me additional $$ to get resolved. On top of that when I got my truck home there was a piece of partially eaten fruit left in my door map pocket. I don’t think I will ever use this business again and I will speak with Allstate about these issues

First and foremost I would like to say Thank YOU for the outstanding customer service which I received. Kendrick McKinley all I can say is WOW!!!!! Mr. McKinley kept me abressed of the progress and gave me adequate timing. He went over and Beyond even when it came to my rental that was not his responsibility. This is the first time that I've had a business Arrangement and there was not a concern. He was funny he listen and he was sympathetic. All the interactions with every staff was pleasant. I definitely would like to take bagels or cookies or something take bagels or cookies or something but not sure if that's appropriate. I even thought of giving movie tickets. Nevertheless thank you so much for everything.

Everyone in there seems to be nice especially the Service Advisor, Julio. All questions I asked were answered by Julio in detail. They fixed whatever need to be fixed. I was surprised, they clean my car,too. Julio keep me informed of every detail while my car is there. Nice service.
