I appriciate the the timely manner in which my RAV4 was repaired. Shanay Valencia was very through in her job duties. Although one facit of the repair (to fix the job another repair shop did not do correctly) was not completed to Toyota's nor my satisfaction upon picking my vehicle up. The original 3 day due date for the repair of hood was outstanding. I look forward to a call back from Service King to bring the vehicle back in to finally resolve the fender problem, Evan though it will mean having to secure another loaner vehicle from Enterprise.
