This is the second time I have had the opportunity to use Service King to repair one of my vehicles. Both times they have been very efficient and courteous . The thing I liked most is the fact that they text you periodically to keep you apprised of your cars progress. You know just what to expect, and when your vehicle will be ready. Have a spotless driving record, however I live in metro Atlanta and others who share the road cannot say that, so I will continue to keep Service King's number in my phone. DT Fortson

I was told to come and pick up my car on Monday at three. Had to wait 30 mins for the car and was told they weren't truly finished and I had to bring the car back. This was inconvenient as I already turned in my rental. And now I've gotta spend more time getting this done. I'm not impressed.
