My Toyota looks great. CC provides excellent customer service. They had time for my questions and concerns and arranged for transportation to the rental car company. Jim made sure I was completely satisfied.

Three weeks to get a door replace and painted nothing but excuses was sent the wrong door 2 or 3 times **** had jury duty. Left truck sitting out side two days with window down and unlocked and on Saturday I had to put the window up and lock the truck the building was closed so it would have been out til Monday
like that. After all this went to pick up my truck asked the Mgr to wave the 100. deductible he told he didn't have the authority to wave the 100. other words BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE so I will pass on my experience to anyone I see.
