I was really impressed with the staff at Carolina Collision Center! I work some distance from the shop and was running late dropping my car off after setting up a rental. McKaila and Brianne waited well past closing for me and remained smiling and pleasant. And each time I spoke with Riley Felver he always sounded so upbeat and personable! I received my daily emails on the repair progress until the day of estimated completion. I had to call the office after the projected completion time of 4p to find out my car would not be ready, but I would not get it until Monday. I also had to call again on Monday, no email this time. Again was told that afternoon, maybe Tue. I paid for my car rental, not my insurance co. Better communication near the end would have been appreciated. Other than that, car looks and runs great. THank you.
