My experience with DC Collision was excellent considering my reason for being there was because I was rear ended by someone that was not paying attention while driving. DC Collision made the whole process great. They kept me updated on every step of the repair. The quality of work was top notch. They even cleaned the inside of the car which was awesome. Also they even finished a day early which is almost unheard of with automobile repair. I also wanted to thank the guy that does your towing. I picked up my car after they were closed and it was about 10 degrees and snowing and when I got in my car to start it the battery didn't have enough power to start the car. Of course the person that brought me didn't have jumper cables so I called the number for DC Collision and the message gave me the tow truck drivers number. I called him and he was there in 15 minutes to jump my car. Hopefully I won't need any body work done anytime soon, but if I do I'll definitely call DC Collision.

From the moment I walked in to ask for an estimate, I was greeted with a smile and given great advice on how to proceed with the repair, to when I returned to drop off the car, and then picking up the car it was a great experience. I am very pleased with the work I had done .... I can't telll that it was even repaired! Keep up the great job!!!
