Communication and work was excellent. But the process for the extra repairs was incorrect and overpriced (I have a mechanical engineer in my family). Not sure if shop wasn't knowledgeable or if they were trying to run me for extra work because I'm a young woman and they assumed I didn't know much about cars. Either way, I'm going elsewhere for the additional work and I wasn't happy with the interaction. Trust is the #**** way mechanics lose customers guys.
Also, that Geico adjuster (Rich?) was amazing.

An odd thing happened after I picked up my car. I drove to my destination, turned the car off and went back to the car later to go on an errand. I put the key in the ignition and it says low battery. Normally, that would not be odd, but it's odd in this case because I just bought a brand new battery on 7/25/16 from Costco, that comes with a 48 month warranty.
This battery is only **** month old.
