Amber & Joe were both very helpful and explained everything fully. The work was done when it was promised. Making the arrangements for the rental car for me made things simple. I was pleasantly surprised to see that you not only washed my car but vacuumed and cleaned the floor mats, too! I'd say it was an enjoyable experience (except fo the fact that I was there for bodywork!)

I felt like my estimate was from a person and a company that did what was right for the customer. I think my repairs are good. My only complaint is that parts should be overnighted so customers do not have a delay in the length of their repair. I know it's more money, but you let people have loaner cars and that is a higher cost. I was always treated pleasantly and updated every few days.

I am not sure all the damage was repaired. I don't believe one spot that was listed as prior damage was actually prior damage. I know the back tailgate had a spot that was prior damage that was mentioned as such when we went over the car but not the side back panel that still has a scratch in it. Joe is to call me Monday.
