I really like the work that was done to my car. I do wish it would've been done in a more timely manner. I do understand that there was issues with parts being shipped to you that were damaged. Which was not your fault. I was very happy with the text updates about the progress of the work. It was very nice to be able to call the shop and talk with polite people who were always very helpful in answering all my questions.

Was very pleased with customer service and updates. Was upset with quality of work on my car. Hood didnt match up, touch up paint looked bad, missing clips to hold inner finder panel. Alignment appears to not be good either vibration and pulling to left. We choose Cuz because of all the good things we had heard.
