My experience with Class A was nothing less than awesome from beginning to end. The morning after my car repair was assigned to Class A, I received a call from Melody to see about coming in for an estimate. She was so darn friendly and easy to work with. I came in that Sat. Melody was so down to earth and went through what to expect as my car was getting fixed. She put my worries at ease. Bill reviewed my car. He was very friendly, honest, and thorough. After about 20 minutes I was on my way with an appointment for a week later. After dropping my car off at my appointment, I received multiple text message updates keeping me updated as my car was being repaired. My car was completed a few days later and Melody called for me to pickup my car. I picked it up that day and it was better than new. Bill went over what was fixed on my car. Both Melody and Bill went above and beyond in making my experience a pleasant one. Should I have an auto body need in the future, I’ll be sure to go to Class A. Thanks!

This location allowed me to drop off my car in a drop box while they weren't in operation which was super convenient for me. The team kept me informed of my vehcile every time there were updates. They allowed me to leave my vehicle there for a few days after repairs were done because I was out of the country. When I arrived to pick my vehicle up they were all very courteous and helpful. Melody, the receptionist was wondeful and Dave was very helpful and kind. I would definitely go back if ever I need repairs.

I was very, very content with the job done on my car. They said at first it would take approximately 3 weeks for my car to be done & got it done in 2!!! I was always kept up to date on status on my car with emails, phone calls & text messages. Even my father, who accompanied me to pick up my car, said he plans on coming back soon to fix some scratches and dents to his car’s bumper. Couldn’t of picked a better autobody shop! Highly recommend!!
