Class A Autobody - Hackensack

I was very pleased with how my car turned out and how fast they fixed my car! I will highly reccomend Class A Auto Body. I also liked the fact that they kept me updated everyday on my car! Thanks again for everything!!

I felt that the manager on the railroad avenue site was inconsiderate. This is my second visit bc I had a great experience the first time and being a loyal customer didnt mean anything when I arrived with my check during a snow storm and was told that bc of THEIR problems with the check machine they weren't able to release the car to me. I had to google a bank location in the storm go to it to withdraw money to cone back and get the vehicle bc the manager acted as if being a loyal customer didnt matter he assumed I suppose that his machine didnt work so he couldn't verify that I was good for the check. Last time I paid in CASH! THIS time i didnt want to drive in a blizzard with a large amount if money as a single female. That wasn't considered either. Worst was the fact that the manager couldn't get off his high horse to address me personally. He had that sweet girl in front desk lay the bomb. The work they do is unbelievable but management has not put a sour taste to their reputation. I was telling everyone to go there now I am not sure. The quality if work and the employees are superb that manager in the railroad avenue location not good at all. The car looks like it came off the dealership showroom! Wish I had a better experience today especially since it was not my issue. I had the money and check and was on time. Wasted three hours of work time bc of this nonsense.

Dave Fletcher is nice person to work with, at times when there was any problems, he dealt with it in a professional matter, I am glad to have chosen Class A Auto Body.

High standard of repair, great knowledge and experience, and professionalism per my observation, I believe Mercedes Benz is a sophisticated car and not everybody can go with it for repairing.

The repair that was completed looks great.. But, we had wanted other work done as well. Although that work is now scheduled, it was frustrating to not have both jobs done at the same time.

The car looks awesome! I cannot believe the great work your guys have done. Thanks so much!

Dear: Dave, 4 of the bolts and washers under the front bumper are missing and the left hand side rubber under the bumper by the passenger side was not properly installed. THANKS, Silvio

The work done is perfect ...and the customer service was great. Even the waiting area was very comfortable..which is rare for an auto body shop..I would recommend Class A Auto to others..

I was very satisfied with the way my repairs were handled. The personnel I dealt with were very courteous and helpful. I was pleased to be kept informed as to how work was proceeding and my car was ready before the date originally estimated. I would recommend Class A to anyone needing repairs.
