I was very impressed with the professional courtesies extended to me. Stacy in particular was a joy to work with. And Justin was very helpful in providing me assistance at the time of pick up. Should I require car repair in the future I will definitely be going to Chandlers.

The first time I came to pick up my truck there was a dimple in the paint job. Unfortunately, I do not know the man’s name but he was the manager of the shop I believe. He was extremely rude and nasty and tried to put it over on me that it was a blend. I have 10 years experience in a body shop and knew a lot better than that. He did change his mind when I called the insurance company but he was extremely rude and walked away from me very nastily.. at this point I was extremely nervous about even leaving my truck there for them to finish the repair, But there was not another authorized shop in the area for my insurance company. I decided to speak with the woman at the front desk. Shevtold me she would contact the owner and let him know about the incident. Not sure if the owner was ever notified as I never heard one word. He was either not told or just totally blew me off. My truck was there for an extra week and I received not even so much is an apology for my week of inconvenience and my extra trip to the shop. When I picked it up the second time it was fixed and looked very nice however the inside front was completely covered in white dust. I think maybe the mans name was Norman, he was from Honduras. He was absolutely awesome! he came out and cleaned up the truck and even took extra time and wiped off the outside doors. He said the most important thing was that I was happy with how the truck a looked! Again he was extremely awesome! The final outcome was a good job and the truck looks great, but the way I was treated by that service manager was behind unacceptable and nobody really seems to care about that. Also I understand that the work is dirty but I feel for the money I’m paying it should have been cleaned off before I picked it up.
