I have used Chandler several times. I have had great work done each and every time. I will continue to use them in my time of need, and recommend them to all.

The one thing that I was surprised about, was there was an issue with my car, which apparently wasn't due to the accident, but something that needed to be fixed. Given you had my car in the shop, I would have liked to have known about it to have the choice to tell you to fix it vs me finding out about the issue after leaving the shop and having to find someone else to take my car to get it fixed - and you could have gotten that business in addition to fixing the accident damage. The email updates were great!

I was told the repair would take two days but after dropping of my vehicle I got an text stating that it would now be three days. After calling to say that I needed my car after the two days I was told that it should most likely be the two days. But it took three days which completely made my day very complicated and stressful. I know that any future repairs will take place elsewhere.
