I was able to get an appointment with Chandler’s pretty quickly. They kept me apprise throughout service via text and completed my repair in 4 days. The repair looks great. I’m very satisfied.

Car was late when no notice, throwing off my entire schedule. Why send me hundreds of status messages and then not the important one?
Billing was a cluster, wasting even more of my time.

My car still has issues and John was very rude and didn’t even want to listen to me. All he was keep saying talk the Geico with a load voice. I have put a call into Geico to talk to you about how to fix it. It was a big mistake sending my car in a place with no customer service what so ever.
