Great experience end-to-end.

Last fall our new, one day old car was hit by a person running a red light. There was extensive damage. I consulted with a person at a car care shop we frequent, which is a highly ranked auto shop in**** County. He recommended two shops that were trustworthy and did quality work. Chandler's Collision was one of the two. We live less than 10 min from Chandler's and decided to take it there. Our car was assigned to Justin. I told him right off the bat that quality of work was my number one goal. If that meant spending more time so be it. I met the other driver's insurance rep. at Chandler's and we discussed the work to be done. 15K, major job. The rep estimated that the job would take about a month. Early on I started receiving regular text messages (thanks Stacy) with up-dates. I was a bit surprised to hear that the job would take almost two months. The disappointment was not because I thought that was unreasonable, but because it was a new car and we wanted to drive it. To be fair to Chandler's, they were using factory OEM parts that took longer to be ordered and delivered. That was OK with us because my first priority was quality. When I went to pick up the car I noticed some stains on the seats, which they removed. The rest of the job was absolutely of the highest quality. The paint job, the trim work, the way the parts fit together were all completed to a high standard. They even had the car detailed. My only suggestion would be to have a person in charge of a quick inspection, inside and out, to inspect for any needed, last minute "clean-up", like the seats. I would absolutely highly recommend Chandler's to family and friends and will use them again if we have a need. Thank-you to Justin, Stacy and the Chandler's staff who worked on our car. Well done!

Everytime time I've walked in all of the associates are welcoming and seem to work as a family/team.I have had much greater experiences with the Chandler team than the collison center my insurance provider has just down the road from them. Keep up the good work, its truly appreciated.

Quick and reliable service.

The repairs to my car were great. But they also were really helpful & efficient. They stayed in contact with me & made the rental car process easy as well. Every person I spoke with at dropoff, phone calls & pickup was friendly & helpful. I was referred here & would definitely do the same for others!
