Additional work was required and we were not made aware or given an option to correct a problem but yet came across the problem on our own. When the matter was brought to the representative attention, they were very defensive instead of offering an immediate solution.
We have to follow up with State Farm to the matter completely resolved.

The paint blending looks great. And the repair to the dent and paint chip was done very well. My only complaint is that the crescent shaped scratch is still visible. It looks like it wasn't sanded or smoothed out at all, but just painted over. Instead of a visible white scratch I now have a slight, crescent shaped indent.
You guys did a great job repairing major damage to my wife's car several years ago, as well as to a coworker's vehicle, so I was surprised I could see the outline of the scratch. I am probably a bit more sensitive to the scratch outline still being visible since I paid for the repair out-of-pocket instead of using insurance.
