First I'd like to thank you for the prompt attention to repairing the body work on the 2014 Hyundai. I do have a concern with the driving and the wheel balancing of the vehicle after picking it up I also have a maintenance alert light on that was not showing when I bought the vehicle in on Tuesday afternoon. I just wanted to feel assured that all aspects of possible damages from the auto accident where addressed and reported to State Farm for coverage. This may not be a problem for Chandlers but I do need the problem to be addressed. If you could give me some feedback on this I would greatly appreciate it. I did call your shop after I picked up the vehicle and noticed that the maintenance light was on in the car I believe it was stated that the car was driven to make sure that they were no problems with the alignment or the front end but if I could have someone give me a call to discuss this out I would appreciate it thank you so much

Although the work took a while due to parts coming from overseas, the finished product was exceptional & being updates about the progress was truly appreciated. The staff was courteous & kind throughout the entire process. The one area that could’ve used more improvement was the final detailing work — for example, more attention to greasy residue from polish (Armor All) being wiped down from glass & wood polish areas. Creamy spots on door seams & exterior trim around tires were noticed as not being cleaned/rubbed well from polishers. Overall, very satisfied with body work & interior repairs — the detail work could use refining thought. Much appreciation for a job well-done, blessing to the staff!!

I was driving the Hyundai the same day that I picked the car up from chandlers and it ran hot. I was really grateful that your office picked up the phone because it was 4:57pm when I called. I was told not to drive it I had to wait **** ****/2 hours for the tow truck. I had to be at a function sat morning but instead I had to go back to enterprise to get my rental back, making me late for the saturdays function.
