At first I was really excited about your texting updates but then I realized that they were completely inaccurate and not helpful. The service on the phone and in the shop were both very friendly, except when I came in to pick up my van it was unclear which desk I should go to for help and nobody directed me. It was frustrating to be told one day that I could pick up the van anytime the next day and then when I came to pick it up they said it wasn’t washed yet. Also, after I left they called the wrong phone number, which was my husband’s work number, and told him that the van was going to need the bug shield applied later and so we would have to bring it back in a couple weeks. Nobody had told me that when I picked up the van.
