The time you took to fix my vehicle was way over due than what you told told me. Looking over the repairs and total time is unexceptable. I will not use your facility or recommend your facility to my fellow soldiers. I will be personally calling USAA to file a complaint with you. Also I noticed things you added to extra time and repairs had nothing wrong with them in the first place and why you replaced them or said you replaced them (which I do not believe you replaced the extra stuff you added for repairs) is because I could assume you forgot about my car being in the shop or forgot about time management on my vehicle. I am beyond furious with your company. You didn't even offer a discount or any apology. You just kept defending yourself when I asked you questions and never one apologized for your mistakes. I see a greedy company in you. I see you like to take advantage of soldiers who risk their lives and you disgrace this country by doing so. I'm sure this feed back won't even matter to you. And nothing will get reported. But rest assured I'll be calling USAA about your unprofessional work and public relations.

I brought my car in at 7:20 and others did later and their cars went back for repair first. Then they sent me a text and said they were waiting for parts. I made appt 2 weeks prior, the parts should've been there. They said 2 days and it took longer.
