Absolutely awesome. Exceeded my expectations by removing a small door ding while fixing my hail damage at no additional cost...and I didnt even ask them to. Mike knew I was upset about the ding that happened a week after I bought my Acadia and surprised me by having it fixed a well. I'm never buying anywhere else!!!

Bodywork/Service was very good (as always), however, I had also told them that my running lights would not work on 3 separate trailers, and it had to be in the truck, and I didn't know if it was from the collision or a factory issue. When the truck was ready to be picked up, I asked about what was the wiring problem and he said that they didn't check it out and assumed it was corrected due to replacing bumper parts.
He then went to check it out and found a blown fuse and replaced it. Said I was ready to go. For the second time I drove thirty miles in the rain to pick up my trailer, and again found that I still had a problem. I did hook up to two separate trailers.
Had to leave my trailer again.
Shop should have found out why my fuse was blown.. Now , I have to find the time to return again, and hope I can get worked in. I've turned in the rental car when I picked up the truck.
I have no doubt that if I bought it to the Chevolet Service that Charlie Fortner could take care of it. May I do this?

My visit to Hardy Chevrolet was easy and convenient. They scheduled a pre-visit to review the work that needed to be done, they then scheduled a time for the work to be done, the body shop kept me apprised of every step along the way. They sent me text over the three days of my car was in the shop let me know anything that was unexpected or that everything was going as expected. And sent a text and called when the car was done. They were very professional I would highly recommend the shop again.
