The work was good, however the persons answering the phone and communicating were a bit disorganized and as a result caused confusion, had to request to speak to a manager who was super on it and clarified. No huge biggie, but not great to have to seek a manager for simple clarification. Also my paid for part came in and no one called me to tell me it was in two weeks prior, I was told I would be called when part arrived to permit repair. All said and done work was good; however thought you would want to know the above.

So far I am satisfied with the work done on my car. I was not satisfied with the communication and efficiency provided while my car was getting work done. It is understandable that things can take longer than predicted or expected, but in such cases over communication and pro-active communication should not be overlooked.

I finally discovered your website for monitoring my repairs. It needs to be more apparent on your repair estimate document. Updates also need to be more frequent since it seemed to seriously lag the repair process. I also found the explanation for the reduced cost of my repair troubling since I had received an almost identical original estimate from Don Juan Collision with virtually identical original repairs listed. Not exactly confidence boosting on your part.
