I was contacted on July 18th, my vehicle was ready. I went to pick it up on July 19th but on a quick visual inspection I noticed the repaired fender was misaligned. I was contacted on July 20th and I accepted delivery as the repair looked good. I had to return later to drive my vehicle home and then I noticed dirt/dust inside on the passenger side. It appears the window was left open and it had rained in the vehicle, then the dirt/dust accumulated inside. Although the repairs were mostly exterior, I did not expect the interior to be in such a dirty condition.

I want to start by saying this is my first accident. Even though I work in insurance and deal with this on a daily basis, dealing with this situation first hand is a whole new ballgame. I chosen five star collision at the suggestion of my insurance company and have been impressed from day one. I was able to drop my vehicle off the same day as my accident. From the start, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I also really appreciated the bi-weekly updates on my vehicle. Great staff and customer service! More than accommodating when it came to updating me on the status of my car..you guys made it as painless as possible, which is greatly appreciated! The only disappointing thing was that the car wasn't "clean" on the inside when I got it back (which I'm not even sure if that is to be expected, I don't make getting into accidents a habit!)
